Jennifer Roby

Jennifer Roby is an experienced program manager and director with a strong background in community engagement and leadership development. Currently serving as Program Manager at the Center for Transforming Lives since December 2022, Jennifer has also held the position of Program Director at Kids First, Inc. since January 2021. Previously, Jennifer worked at Benchmark Family Services as State Program Director and served as Program Manager at Catholic Charities Fort Worth. Earlier in Jennifer's career, roles included Intake Supervisor at ACH Child & Family Services and Investigations County Supervisor at the Arkansas Department of Human Services. Jennifer's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Family Studies from Texas Woman's University.
