Elizabeth Fritz, LCSW, has extensive experience in mental health and social work, currently serving as the IMT Team Program Director at the Center for Urban Community Services since June 2012. In this role, Elizabeth facilitates operations for two IMT Teams, focusing on outreach, mental health care, and person-centered care for individuals in New York City. Previously, Elizabeth held various positions within the ACT Team, including Assistant Program Director, Clinical Supervisor, Social Worker, and Case Manager, where responsibilities included supervising staff, managing caseloads, and providing comprehensive community-based mental health treatment for adults with severe mental illness and histories of homelessness. Elizabeth's background also includes experience with Youth Club Ultimate as a YCC Coordinator and internships in social work and research, complemented by a Master’s degree from NYU Silver School of Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree from New York University. Education was further enhanced through specialized training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family.
