Project For Psychiatric Outreach To The Homeless, Janian Medical Care at CUCS

Margo Simon, MD, is an experienced physician with a comprehensive background in primary care, psychiatry, and community health. Currently, Margo Simon leads operations at MargoSimonMD.net and is involved in the Project for Psychiatric Outreach to the Homeless at the Center for Urban Community Services, where innovative primary care initiatives have been developed. Margo Simon serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and holds voluntary and courtesy positions at Lenox Hill Hospital and Montefiore Health System, respectively. With a Doctor of Medicine degree from Yale School of Medicine and a residency in Psychiatry and Family Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, Margo Simon has also contributed significantly to community health initiatives, including New York City’s first dedicated street medicine program. Educational foundations include a Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University in Science in Society and Feminist, Gender, & Sexuality Studies.
