Carmen M Hilbert

Carmen M Hilbert is currently serving as a Program Officer at the Center for Workforce Inclusion. Previously, Carmen held various positions at CareerSource Florida, including Director of Business & Workforce Strategies and Manager of Business and Workforce Development. Carmen also worked at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity as a Government Operations Consultant II. Carmen holds a Master's degree in Mass Communications from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from UCF College of Business.
