Rosie Hilmer

Rosie Hilmer is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic messaging and media relations. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Writer and Messaging Strategist at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities since July 2021, Rosie has previously held key positions including Chief Communications Officer at Freedom for All Americans and Account Supervisor at GMMB. Notable roles also include Director of Media Relations at the Grocery Manufacturers Association and Press Secretary for Senator Sheldon Whitehouse. In addition to extensive campaign experience, including positions with Hillary for America and Kuster for Congress, Rosie has a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree from Brown University.
