Melissa Paola Corro Aragón has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Melissa Paola started their career in 2010 as a Workforce Management Analyst at Quantica BPO, where they worked until 2015. Melissa Paola then joined Ventas y Servicios S.A. as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant from 2016 to 2017. Melissa then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Atlantic International BPO from 2017 to 2018. In 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Dr Frank Lamadrid and later joined Center Source Group as a Talent Acquisition Analyst, where they are currently responsible for monitoring candidates in the selection process and has experience in pre-screening, interviewing, recruiting/ATS, background checks, hiring process, and onboarding in LATAM.
