Mark Macchioni

Mark Macchioni has held a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Client Services Coordinator at Banfield Pet Hospital, where they were responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, conflict resolution, client relations, and new customer acquisition. In 2013, they took on the role of Project Manager and Student Engagement & Outreach Scholar at ECU School of Dental Medicine. In this role, they provided administrative support to medical staff and faculty, helped compose a curriculum for simulated patients, and oversaw undergraduate students. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Project Manager at Special Needs Network, where they provided support to high-level executives, served as a liaison between organizations and community members, and developed business plans. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Bandwidth Inc. as a Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Manager of Porting and Number Provisioning, and Director of Product Management - Global Emergency. In their most recent role at Center (getcenter.com), they serve as the Director of Product Management.
