Teresa Buglione

Teresa Buglione has over 15 years of experience in the technology and healthcare industries. Teresa began their career in 2007 as a Clinical IT Consultant at PruittHealth: Consulting Services. In 2013, they moved to Brightree LLC as a Director of Implementation & Training, where they planned and directed professional implementation service operations and resources to deploy technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. In 2016, Teresa joined UnitedHealth Group as a Technical Product Manager at Optum, Inc., and then moved to Optima Healthcare Solutions as a Director of Implementation. Teresa then joined Trella Health in 2018 as a Director of Services, where they were responsible for assessing and managing the risk associated with clients and meeting and exceeding client and company goals for each account, target, and objective. Most recently, Teresa was hired as the Director of Implementation at Centerbase, where they are tasked with setting implementation goals and guidelines, coordinating managers and other departments, delegating duties, mapping out plans, and developing strategies to optimize operations.

Teresa Buglione obtained their Bachelor's degree in HealthCare Management from American InterContinental University in 2005. In 2018, they earned a Six Sigma Lean Professional certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
