Travis Bye has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Travis began their career as a Records Manager at Cooper & Scully, P.C. in 2013. In 2014, they became a Technical Service Representative at 24-7 Intouch. In 2016, they worked as a Claims Adjuster at State Farm. In 2018, they were a Customer Support Executive at Southwest Airlines. In 2019, they became an Auto Claims Adjuster at Liberty Mutual Insurance. In 2021, they were a Sales Representative at Allstate. Currently, they are a Technical Support Specialist at Centerbase, where they edit existing Billing templates using CSHTML to accommodate the requests and needs of Centerbase's Clientele, identifies, investigates, and resolves client issues/problems with Centerbase software through incoming tickets using the helpdesk dashboard, and corrects HTML, CSS, and Javascript bugs/errors reported by client regarding user interface and functionality.
Travis Bye earned an Associate of Science degree from Collin College between 2011 and 2014.
