John Sturzaker

John Sturzaker is an experienced professional in the hospitality and entertainment sectors, currently serving as the Food, Beverage and Retail Manager at Center Parcs UK & Ireland since January 2010. Previous roles include Group Food & Beverage Operations Manager and Deputy General Manager, where responsibilities included operational management, strategic direction, and innovation across multiple sites. Prior to Center Parcs, John held significant positions at Warwick Castle, including Head of Commercial Operations and Head of Entertainment, Events and Attractions, overseeing diverse areas such as food and beverage services and large-scale events. John’s career began in recruitment and as a Food & Beverage Manager at Marston Hotels. An alumnus of Sheffield Hallam University with a BSc in Hotel & Catering Management, John also attended Gresham's School.
