Shonda Johnson is a seasoned leader with over 29 years of experience at CenterPoint Energy, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience since March 2023. In this role, Shonda is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to gas, electric, and HSP customers across several states, while fostering a culture of resilience and agility. Prior to this position, Shonda held various leadership roles, including Director of Credit & Collections, where responsibilities encompassed managing a revenue portfolio exceeding $100M, and Director of Customer Billing and Bill Print Operations, focusing on accurate and timely bill delivery. Shonda began the career as a Call Center Manager and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Southern University.
