Angela Burgess has extensive experience in sales support and order management, currently working at Centerprise International since November 2013, where the focus is on supporting the Education Sales Team with ICT solutions for new Free schools. Prior to this, Angela spent over a decade at Level 3 Communications in various roles, including Order Manager I and Service Delivery Manager I, handling orders for major clients such as HM Prisons and Government, and ensuring compliance with strict deadlines. Angela's career began at IBM as a Helpdesk Call Handler, providing support for a large user base. Angela has a CSE degree from Richard Aldworth Secondary School.
