Stacy Roof

Stacy Roof, MSW, is an experienced social work professional currently serving as a Region 7 Case Manager for Centers for Children and Families since October 2020, focusing on providing post-adoptive services to families who have adopted from the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). Previously, Stacy held multiple roles at Methodist Children's Home from December 2012 to June 2022, including Unit Manager and Home Parent, caring for at-risk youth in a residential setting. Additional experience includes internships and roles as a Home Parent at organizations such as The Salvation Army, GAP Ministries, and Boysville, Inc. Stacy Roof earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Tarleton State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same institution. Educational background also includes attendance at McLennan Community College and Axtell High School, graduating with an Advanced Standing High School Diploma.
