Deborah Hartman

Deborah Hartman, PhD is currently the Global Scientific Head for the Orexin Program at Centessa Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this role, Deborah held positions such as Chief Scientific Officer at Orexia Therapeutics and Inexia. With a background in research and leadership roles at companies like Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Avaxia Biologics, AstraZeneca, and F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, Deborah brings extensive experience in leading scientific and research initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry. Deborah holds a Ph.D. in Molecular & Cellular Biology from Yale University and an AB in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.
