Simon Chang

Simon Chang is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in technical program management and information technology. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Centeva since February 2018, Simon specializes in improving enterprise-wide acquisition through strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Deputy Program Director at Halfaker and Associates, LLC, where oversight for DoD programs was provided, and Director of IT and PMO at Open Technology Group, responsible for directing all programs and business development activities. Throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades, Simon has held various positions including Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton and Project Manager at SAIC, demonstrating proficiency in project management, web development, and technical direction across multiple organizations. Simon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from James Madison University.
