Justin Rutherford

Justin Rutherford is a seasoned Systems Engineer currently employed at Centil since October 2021, following a prior role as SBIRS Test Analyst Lead at USfalcon from March 2019 to September 2021. Justin's expertise encompasses the development of test plans, statistical analysis of system performance, and operational test documentation. Prior experience includes serving as a Mission & Payload Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities included oversight of infrared payloads for SBIRS and DSP satellites, as well as being an on-duty Technical Advisor for Air Force crews. Justin's extensive background with the United States Air Force includes various instructional and leadership roles in space operations, focusing on training development and mission execution.
