Yugo Watanabe

Yugo Watanabe has work experience in various roles and companies. Yugo began their career as an Analyst at Itaú in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Graduate Researcher at UCLA Scalable Analytics Institute. Yugo then became a Teaching Associate at UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science from 2019 to 2020. Yugo then joined PIMCO as an Alternatives Technology Analyst from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Yugo is a Quantitative Analyst at Centiva Capital since March 2022.

Yugo Watanabe has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from UCLA. Yugo also holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics of Computation, both from UCLA as well. In addition to their academic achievements, Yugo obtained a CAIA Charterholder certification from the CAIA Association in November 2021.
