Ashlie Bradley

Ashlie Bradley has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Ashlie is currently working as the Director of Human Resource Business Partnership at CentraCare since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Swift County-Benson Hospital from June 2016 to May 2021. Ashlie also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Ecumen from August 2014 to February 2016. Before that, they held the position of Human Resource Coordinator at Sanford Health from December 2005 to August 2014. Ashlie gained valuable experience as a Human Resource Intern at Alexandria Public School District 206 from February 2005 to September 2005. Additionally, Ashlie worked as a Human Resource Assistant (Temporary) at Healthland from April 2005 to August 2005.

Ashlie Bradley earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Mary in the years 2015-2017. Prior to the MBA, Ashlie obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations in 2004-2005 from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Additionally, in the same time frame, they obtained another B.S. degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota. Before that, Ashlie pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Management from St. Cloud State University in 2003-2004. Ashlie also holds two certifications, namely SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015 and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HUMAN RESOURCE CERTIFICATION INSTITUTE, INC in 2008.
