Elsie Bertrand

Elsie Bertrand has over 30 years of work experience, with their most recent position being an Executive Assistant to the SVP, Client Development at Central 1. Elsie is responsible for managing the smooth operation of the office, coordinating communications within the department, scheduling meetings, organizing events, and fostering productive relationships. Prior to Central 1, Elsie worked as an Executive Assistant to the President/CEO at VitalAire Canada Inc., an HR Administrator at Aecon Construction Group Inc., and an Executive Assistant to the Senior VP, Finance at Aecon Group Inc. Elsie also has experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Assistant to the President in various other roles throughout their career. Elsie began their career at So-Use Credit Union Limited, where they held several positions such as Executive Administrator, Office Administrator, Credit Administration Officer, and Loan Administrative Aide.

From 2005 to 2007, Elsie Bertrand attended Sheridan College, where they obtained a degree in Human Resource Management. Their focus of study during this time was specifically in the field of Human Resources.
