Alice R. Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advocacy roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Central Asia Institute since May 2019, Thomas previously held significant positions at Refugees International as a Senior Policy Advisor and Program Manager, where oversight was provided for programs addressing international law gaps affecting displaced persons.
