Fajer Alqahtani

Fajer AlQahtani has extensive experience in risk control and auditing, currently serving as Superintendent - Risk Control at the Central Bank of Bahrain since August 2016, following roles as Senior Risk Control Officer, Risk Control Officer, and Assistant Risk Control Officer. Prior to this, Fajer was an Audit Associate at EY from November 2015 to August 2016 and completed an internship in the Accounting department at the Central Bank of Bahrain in mid-2014. Fajer holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with honors in Accounting and Finance from Bangor University (2011-2015) and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, having studied between 2016 and 2018.
