Mohammed Al Balushi has extensive experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as an Information Technology Service Desk professional at the Central Bank of Oman since July 2022. Prior to this role, Mohammed worked at Omantel from June 2016 to July 2022, initially as a Customer Service Agent and later as a Technical Team Member, providing technical support for customer internet issues. Mohammed holds a Diploma of Education in Information Technology from Arab Open University, obtained between November 2019 and June 2021.
