Viktoria Seed

Viktoria Seed is an experienced independent assessor and educator specializing in early childhood education and care. Currently serving as an Independent End Point Assessor for various organizations since September 2021, Viktoria evaluates standards for roles including Early Years Practitioner and Assessor Coach. Additionally, Viktoria has contributed to the field as a tutor for MKLC Training since April 2017, teaching assessor and diploma courses, and as a trainer assessor at Central Bedfordshire College since November 2017. With a background in childcare tutoring at Milton Keynes College and past experience providing postnatal support to families, Viktoria also operates a consultancy under the name Viki Seed, offering guidance on early education and support for new parents. Viktoria holds a Master's in Education from the University of Sunderland and various other relevant qualifications.
