Kathy Douglass

Kathy Douglass, PMP, has extensive experience in communications and project management, currently serving as the Communications Manager at Central California Alliance for Health since October 2013. In this role, Kathy oversees internal and external communications, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning for a non-profit Medi-Cal Managed Care health plan that serves over 350,000 members. Previously, Kathy held positions such as Operations Manager and Marketing/Communications Manager at O'Connor Hospital, where responsibilities included quality assurance and marketing strategy. Earlier career experiences include managing office operations at Hutchins-Logue, Inc. and serving as Executive Director for the Loyola Corners Business Improvement District, focusing on community revitalization initiatives. Kathy holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and has completed various training programs in emergency management and crisis communications.
