Elizabeth Montgomery Collins

Elizabeth Montgomery Collins, MD, MPH, DTM, currently serves as Faculty at the Boston Children's Hospital Simulation Lab and holds the title of Pediatric Hospitalist at Boston Children's Hospital. Since May 2017, Elizabeth has been the Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editor of the Journal of Tropical Pediatrics. Additionally, Elizabeth is an affiliate member of the Mass General Brigham Center for Global Health and works as a Newborn and Pediatric Hospitalist at Duke Lifepoint Central Carolina Hospital. Previous roles include consultant at the National Institutes of Health, attending physician and associate professor at Baylor College of Medicine, senior science advisor at the U.S. Department of State, and faculty positions at Saint Louis University and the University of Louisville. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine, a Master of Public Health, and a Diploma in Tropical Medicine, alongside specialized training in pediatric care.
