Clay Cooper has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Clay has worked in various positions at Charles Schwab, starting as a Project Manager & Business Analyst in the Fixed Income Department, where they led cross-functional teams and played a key role in the development of online trading and reporting products. Clay later became a Senior Marketing Manager in the Retail Segment, where they identified strategies to increase profits and reduce costs through market analysis and financial modeling. Clay also served as a Product Manager in the Institutional Segment, leading a cross-functional team in marketing research and the development of customizable statement products.

Clay Cooper also gained experience in the education sector as the President of Speak Shop, where they developed and managed an online distance education marketplace for Spanish tutoring. At Ashoka´s Changemakers, they worked as a Project Manager, overseeing global competitions that supported entrepreneurial solutions to global problems.
