Erica Thygesen Ma, Msw, Lcsw, Cadc III

Erica Thygesen, MA, MSW, LCSW, CADC III, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Manager of Counseling and Therapy Services at Legacy Health since September 2021. Additionally, Erica has been the Program Manager for the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) Program at Central City Concern since January 2019 and an Inpatient Social Worker at Providence since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an Addictions Counselor at Clackamas County Behavioral Health from June 2010 to February 2019 and as Team Lead for the Community Engagement Program at Central City Concern from October 2006 to May 2010. Erica holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Arts from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History and Literature from Reed College.
