Juliana Lukasik has a diverse work experience in the media and film industry. Juliana is currently working as the Senior Director of Communications & Public Affairs at Central City Concern, where they apply their expertise in media and advertising to support the organization's mission of ending homelessness. Juliana has also served as the Board Chair for the Oregon Governor's Office of Film & Television, where they worked to promote and strengthen the local media industry. Additionally, they are the Executive Director and Founder of the 5to50 Project, a workforce development program that empowers women in the media industry. Juliana has also had a long career at @Large Films, where they started as the Director and later became the Principal/Director. Furthermore, they have served multiple roles at the CENTRAL EASTSIDE INDUSTRIAL COUNCIL (CEIC), including President, Interim Executive Director, and Board Member. Juliana's early career includes their role as Lead Producer at Signature Films and various positions in production for different production companies.
