Michelle Scott

Michelle Scott, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Central City Concern since September 2020. Prior roles at Central City Concern include Employee and Labor Relations Specialist, Human Resources Analyst, and Human Resources Specialist. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Gee Automotive Companies, where responsibilities included managing the new hire process and collaborating on an online onboarding system. Additional experience encompasses contract administration at Wentworth Chevrolet Subaru and various roles at Ron Tonkin Honda, contributing to title processing, payroll calculations, and sales support. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and Management and Leadership from Portland State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Oregon University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Mt. Hood Community College.
