Dan Frost, P.E., is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in wastewater management and treatment. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District since January 2014, Dan leads the Planning and Applied Research team on various wastewater and recycled water projects. Previous roles include Associate Engineer at the same organization, focusing on wastewater master planning and treatment optimizations, and Project Engineer at Carollo Engineers, where Dan managed municipal wastewater treatment facility projects in Northern California. Early career experiences include operating at the City of San Luis Obispo Water Reclamation Facility and internships with Stanek Constructors and Black & Veatch. Dan holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Environmental Engineering, respectively, from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
