Rachael Gerow

Rachael Gerow is an experienced professional in nutrition and health education, currently serving as the Assistant Nutrition Director at Spectrum Generations since October 2021. Previously, Rachael held the position of Health Educator Specialist at MaineGeneral Health for a brief period in 2021, and prior to that, Rachael worked as a Float Meals on Wheels Site/Nutrition Coordinator at Spectrum Generations. Rachael's career began in customer service roles at L.L.Bean and various fitness facilities, alongside an internship at Kona Integrative Health, where knowledge of naturopathic medicine was gained. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Nutrition from the University of New England.
