Scott Clatur

Scott Clatur is a nationally recognized human resources and talent strategy visionary with more than two decades of experience leading high growth healthcare and technology organizations. A versatile and dynamic leader, he has extensive expertise in managing end-to-end people functions which increase organizational cohesiveness and profitability through recruitment, staff retention and employee engagement. Mr. Clatur is known for his record of success developing people strategies to lead through rapid growth while driving a world-class employee experience that fosters an innovative and inclusive environment.

Prior to joining U.S. Urology Partners in its new role of Chief People Officer, Mr. Clatur served as Head of People at Built Technologies and previously held senior HR and talent leadership roles at Visual Lease, Health Quest, Henry Ford Health System and Best Buy. As the first HR hire at Built Technologies, Mr. Clatur constructed a people strategy and roadmap for rapid growth after the company’s Series C raise to align the business objectives with the selection, development and retention of world-class team members. He nearly tripled the headcount while improving processes and robust tools and methodologies for business optimization.

Mr. Clatur’s background includes masterminding the people strategy in high growth environments by building a culture of accountability and improving employee engagement. A graduate of Elon University, Mr. Clatur has rebuilt and scaled the talent strategies for multiple healthcare systems.
