Madeline Downs

Madeline Downs is an accomplished office administrator at CPRS Physical Therapy, leveraging skills in appointment scheduling, patient management, and insurance verification to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations. Previously, Madeline served as an advocacy intern at Find My Parent, where social media content creation and campaign management were primary responsibilities. In addition, experience as an outreach intern at digiTAL Lebanon involved conducting research for business development, while holding the role of social media director/event coordinator for the American University Mythology and Folklore Club highlighted expertise in communication and social media management. Earlier experience includes supporting students as a site associate with Kid Power, Inc. Madeline holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University.
