Sheena Ashley

Sheena Ashley is the Director of Workforce Career Development at Central Piedmont Community College, where responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing activities related to career development, workforce scholarship programs, and youth projects under WIOA Title I. Previously, Sheena served as a Program Coordinator within the college, overseeing foundational skills classes and learning resources, as well as managing faculty and program budgets. Additional experience includes serving as Project Manager at Jacob's Ladder Job Center, where oversight of a workforce development program and collaboration with community partners were key responsibilities.
