Pang Xiu Ming

Xiu Ming Pang is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in IT strategic services and business incubation, currently holding dual managerial roles within the IT Strategic Services and Business Incubator & Accelerator Departments at CPF Board since December 2022. Previously, Xiu Ming Pang served at the Ministry of Manpower from April 2014 to November 2022, gaining expertise as a Statistical Executive, where responsibilities included curating training materials and evaluating training initiatives, and as an Office & Field Supervisor, effectively managing a team for labor force surveys. Earlier roles included an inbound office interviewer and administrative assistant, showcasing a strong foundation in communication and organizational skills. Xiu Ming Pang holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with Psychology from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Landscape Architecture from Singapore Polytechnic.
