Veeramol Chongchansittho

Veeramol Chongchansittho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Veeramol currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Central Retail, leading the Central Retail Academy. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President and Head of HR Strategic Projects at Central Retail. Before joining Central Retail, Veeramol held various leadership positions at Kasikorn Bank and AIS - Advanced Info Services Plc. Veeramol also gained experience at PepsiCo as a Regional Learning and Development Manager. Veeramol's career started at Chulalongkorn University as a Researcher, where they contributed to projects for the Social Security Office. Additionally, they worked at Charoen Pokphand Group Co.,Ltd., handling franchisee relationship management. Throughout their career, Veeramol has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, talent management, learning and development, and organizational development.

Veeramol Chongchansittho completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Administration from Thammasat University in 2004. Veeramol then pursued a Master of Arts in Labor Economics and Human Resource Management from Chulalongkorn University in 2007. In 2015, they became a Certified Coach after completing a program at the International Coach Federation. Prior to their university education, they graduated from Mater Dei High School in Bangkok, Thailand in 2000.
