Wimonmart Khiawcha-Um

From 2023 to the present, Wimonmart Khiawcha-um has worked as the Director of HROD & Strategy at Central Retail. Before that, from 2020 to 2023, they held various roles at True Corporation, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist. From 2019 to 2020, Wimonmart worked as the Recruitment Manager at Minor Food. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Krungsri, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the talent acquisition strategy. From 2008 to 2015, Wimonmart held multiple roles at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, including Office Manager and Human Resources. They also worked as Assistant to the Managing Director at Panamax Company Limited from 2003 to 2008, as well as in various assistant roles at Thai Gems and Jewelry Association and Casdays Thailand Company Limited in 2002.

From 1998 to 2001, Wimonmart Khiawcha-um attended the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies.
