Shweta Dobhal

Shweta works with the State FLN Projects team as a State Lead and is based out of Bhubaneswar. Prior to joining CSF, she was working with Reach to Teach in Gurgaon. She is a development sector professional whose primary engagement has been with the education sector in India. She has been designing and leading operations in education programs for over 15 years. With a deep interest in education research, her commitment has been towards bridging practice with research findings. Shweta has a Masters in Social Work from TISS, Mumbai, and has worked with diverse teams in different locations across India.
