Vinod leads the state reform work in UP, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat. His work entails developing FLN reform frameworks to drive reform in states in the context of the NIPUN Mission. Prior to CSF, He has spent over 10 years in the Indian education landscape providing founder-level leadership in projects like STIR Education and TheTeacherApp. He specializes in designing at-scale programs with state governments with a sharp teacher lens. He also spent over 8 years in investment banking and was part of Lehman Brothers and Nomura. Vinod holds a Master’s from Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Delhi University.
