Alyssa Ramirez

Alyssa Ramirez is a Registered Respiratory Therapist currently employed at Central Valley Specialty Hospital since August 2022. Previously, Alyssa served as a Respiratory Care Practitioner Student at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto from May to July 2022, where responsibilities included patient assessment, education on incentive spirometry, and administration of aerosol treatments. Additionally, Alyssa participated in neonatal patient care, utilized APGAR scoring, and implemented NRP protocols. Prior experience at Doctors Medical Center also involved managing mechanical ventilation and collaborating with healthcare teams for patient assessment. At Adventist Health, Alyssa assessed patients in respiratory distress and initiated supportive therapies such as BiPAP and CPAP. Alyssa holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Respiratory Care Therapy from San Joaquin Valley College.
