Ritika Paul

Ritika Paul has extensive experience in quality improvement and healthcare management, currently serving as a Quality Improvement Partner at The University of Vermont Health Network - Central Vermont Medical Center and the University of Vermont Medical Center since February 2021. Previously, Ritika worked as an Application Analyst at The University of Vermont Medical Center from April 2012 to February 2021, and as an Office Specialist at Burlington Podiatry from April 2005 to May 2011, where training on electronic medical record systems and patient account management were key responsibilities. Additional roles include Yoga Instructor at Burlington Yoga, Contractor at Competitive Computing, Administrative Assistant at Burlington Podiatry, and Software Systems Engineer at Competitive Computing. Ritika holds a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management from the University of Vermont, completed between 2009 and 2011, and a degree from Castleton University earned from 1994 to 1998.
