Russell Rodewald

Russell Rodewald serves as the Senior Director of Enterprise Earned Value Services at Raytheon Technologies since April 2020. Prior to this role, Russell held various positions, including Director of Earned Value Management at Raytheon and Deputy Director of the Earned Value Management Systems Center at the DoD Defense Contract Management Agency. Russell's extensive experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) includes acting as the principal advisor for EVM policies in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense and managing compliance assessments for high-value contracts. Russell also has a strong background in financial management, having served as CFO at TRG Wood Products, Inc. and as Production Control Manager at Birchwood of Los Angeles, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, a BS in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and a BA in Management Engineering from Claremont McKenna College. In addition to professional roles, Russell also serves as a Football Official since August 2017 with the Central Virginia Football Officials Association.
