Isabella Pifferi has extensive experience in quality control within the food industry, currently serving as a Quality Control Analyst at Centrale del Latte d'Italia S.p.a. since August 2022 and as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician at Centrale del Latte della Toscana since January 2022. Previously, Isabella completed an internship for a master's thesis at the Università degli Studi di Firenze, focusing on sampling and analysis of quail and egg samples, and gained hands-on experience through an internship at Centrale del Latte - Mukki. Isabella holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from the Università degli Studi di Firenze, earned in 2021, and an earlier degree in Food Technology from the same institution, completed in 2018.
