Michael Riles

Michael Riles has worked for three companies: Central Life Sciences (since 2022), Beach Mosquito Control District (since 2014), and American Mosquito Control Assn (since 2016). At Central Life Sciences, they are a Regional Sales Manager. At Beach Mosquito Control District, they are an Entomologist. At American Mosquito Control Assn, they are the Chairperson of the Endangered Species Act Subcommittee.

Michael Riles received a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Western Carolina University in 2013. Michael has also obtained multiple certifications, including a Trainer for Integrated Mosquito Management from the American Mosquito Control Association in 2017, an Advanced Mosquito Identification Specialist from the UF/IFAS Dept. of Environmental Horticulture in 2015, an Advanced Mosquito Control Applicator Certification from Florida Mosquito Control in 2015, a Florida Public Health Applicator License from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in 2014, an Invasive Aquatic Plant Control Certification from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in 2017, a Wood Destroying Organisms Certification from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services in 2018, and a Chemical Spill Response OSHA Level II from Sigma Consulting Group, Inc. in 2020.
