Tracey Schonfeld Deaner has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Tracey is currently serving as the Director of Patient and Resident Experience at CentraState Healthcare System since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Patient Care Director at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from February 2019 to September 2021, where they oversaw a Mother/Baby Unit and NICU unit and managed a team of 77 individuals. From October 2017 to January 2019, they held the position of Patient Care Director at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center, where they managed a medical oncology unit and supervised 43 employees.

Tracey also has experience working at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center as a BMT Administrator from July 2012 to September 2017 and as a BMT Quality Manager for the Adult BMT Program from September 2010 to October 2013. Additionally, they worked at New York Presbyterian - Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital as a BMT Quality Management Nurse from August 2007 to September 2010. Tracey'scareer in healthcare began as an RN at CHONY, where they worked from August 2003 to August 2007.
