Yohan Paredes, MD, CCDS, is a seasoned professional in clinical documentation integrity with extensive experience in healthcare systems. Currently serving as the Certified Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist Team Leader at CentraState Healthcare System since November 2020, Yohan previously held the role of Certified Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist at Hackensack Meridian Health Pascack Valley Medical Center from August 2019 to August 2020, and also contributed to clinical documentation improvement at CHRIST HOSPITAL from October 2017 to July 2019. Yohan holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Católica del Cibao.
