Maxim Nevzorov

Maxim Nevzorov, CITP, CEcD has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maxim is currently working at Investissement Québec as the Director of Business Development for Canada & New England. Prior to this, they held roles such as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Canada & New England, as well as Project Manager for FDI in the Southern U.S. Before joining Investissement Québec, Maxim worked at ResearchFDI, where they served as the Executive Director of Client Services, Director of Lead Generation, Project Leader, and Economic Development Consultant. Maxim also gained experience as a Parliamentary and Constituency Intern at the House of Commons of Canada and as an Executive Assistant at Switzerland Global Enterprise. Maxim's earlier experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant at the University of British Columbia, where they taught political science and international relations.

Maxim Nevzorov, CITP, CEcD holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from The University of British Columbia, obtained in 2014. Maxim also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO in 2013. In terms of certifications, they are a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) from the International Economic Development Council, a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) from the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT), and holds various other certificates in economic development and language proficiency.
