Christina Braun is a manager with experience in the food and nutrition services industry. Currently working at CAMH as Manager of Nutritional Services and Supply Chain Management, as well as Manager of Food and Nutrition Services. Previously, Christina was the owner of 13 Baking Company, specializing in custom cakes and confectionery. With a background in production supervision at West Park Healthcare Centre, Christina has experience in budgeting, quality control, inventory management, staffing, and catering events. Christina holds a Honors Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition from Western University.
