Ira Otsamo

Ira Otsamo has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service, language education, project coordination, and office management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at ELY-keskus since June 2020, Ira previously taught languages at C.C. Communications and coordinated projects at Project and Development Services. Additionally, Ira worked as a Foreign Language Instructor at Lingva netpalvelut, focusing on language training, course design, and online education. Earlier experience includes working as an Office Manager at Kovda Timber Ltd., where responsibilities included administrative tasks and international trade.
