The Directors team at CIDRZ comprises leaders overseeing various specialized domains, such as biomedical research, clinical care, laboratory management, primary care, human resources, ICT, implementation science, paediatrics, internal audit, monitoring & evaluation, business development, and education. They collaborate to strategically guide the organization in improving healthcare access and quality in Zambia through innovative research, capacity development, and meticulous implementation of healthcare programs.
